This 194th Ave NE home in Woodinville sits at the edge of a heavily wooded lot, and the gutters had taken years of abuse for it. We removed all 74 linear feet of the existing sectional gutters and downspout connections, recycling the old aluminum responsibly. The new gutters are 6″ Fascia Style profile with a Narrow Bead accent — a cleaner, more architectural look than standard K-style, and a better fit for the home’s trim aesthetic. We ran them in continuous seamless lengths from our on-site roll former, secured with heavy-duty hidden hangers every two feet using 1.5″ galvanized screws and neoprene washers. Every outlet is preformed rectangular, riveted and sealed with contractor-grade polyurethane sealant.
The existing downspouts were in solid condition, so we reconnected them to the new system with proper drop outlets and full sealing at every connection point. We also installed a complimentary rope-style noise reducer in the upper-left front downspout, which had been sending rain noise through the front bedroom wall during heavy storms.
