Not every home needs a full gutter replacement—sometimes it just needs the right upgrade in the right places. That was the case on this recent Auburn, WA project, where water control and long-term reliability were the main goals.
Our team wrapped up a partial 6″ K-style gutter installation with DoublePro® gutter covers, delivering a clean look and serious performance just in time for another Pacific Northwest rainy season.
The Challenge
This home sits among mature evergreens and sees consistent roof runoff. Some gutter sections had reached the end of their life, but the existing downspouts were still in good shape.
Instead of pushing a full system, our estimator David Shores designed a focused solution:
Increase capacity where water volume mattered most
Reuse existing downspouts where possible
Add gutter protection to reduce long-term maintenance
That’s what a pressure-free consultation should look like.
The Solution
We installed seamless 6″ K-style aluminum gutters in an Ivory finish, custom-formed on site for a precise fit. Compared to standard 5″ gutters, the 6″ profile handles significantly more water—ideal for Auburn’s steady rain and tree debris.
To finish the system, we added DoublePro® microfiltration covers, which act as both a continuous hanger and a debris guard. They’re built to block pine needles, leaves, and roof grit—and they’re backed by a lifetime clog-free warranty, even in pine-heavy areas.
Existing 3×4 downspouts were reconnected and tuned to keep everything flowing cleanly and efficiently.
Installed the High Point Gutter Way
Every detail followed our in-house standards:
Proper slope for consistent drainage
Heavy-duty hidden hangers spaced every 24 inches
Pre-formed outlets only—no shortcuts
Counter flashing tucked behind the drip edge
Old materials responsibly removed and recycled
Full cleanup before we left
The crew completed the install efficiently, leaving behind a system ready for decades of Northwest weather.
Always on Point
We’re grateful to this Auburn homeowner for trusting our family-run team. Whether it’s a partial upgrade or a full High Point Gutter System, our promise stays the same:
No stress. No mess. Just gutters done right.
If your home anywhere from Bellingham to Olympia needs better water control, we’d love to help.
